Our versatile range of ground proteins include our Meatball, Meatloaf & Burger Blend (Beef, Pork & Veal), as well as Ground Beef, 100% Wagyu Beef, Veal, Lamb and Pork. Adding to the variety, we also feature a full line of Burgers, including Beef, Wagyu, Lamb, Veal and even Meatball & Meatloaf Burgers. Our Ground Beef, Lamb and Veal items are Halal.

With extensive grinding capabilities at our two SQF-certified facilities, we ensure consistent quality and supply while adhering to the highest standards for food safety and traceability. Our grinds and burgers are available in attractive consumer-preferred packaging, offered under the celebrated Catelli Brothers brand or your own private label.
