When Anthony Catelli, Sr. founded his veal and lamb wholesale business in 1946, he refused to cut corners.

And when his sons, Tony and Jim, built Catelli Brothers, they elevated that standard even further, going out of their way to keep every customer happy while constantly finding ways to innovate. They decided early on to always be transparent because that’s the right way to build a customer relationship—and keep it.

These values are why, when we decided to expand our resources to stay ahead of customer needs, we became part of Préval AG, a multi-generational, international company owned by the Fontaine family. Préval AG is comprised of more than 50 agricultural businesses with 1,800 employees in the U.S., Canada and South America.

Préval AG’s family dynamic is a perfect fit. With their support, we expanded and added a facility in New England and grew our top-quality offerings to also include Beef, Pork, Chicken and Turkey. To better reflect our enhanced capabilities, we even introduced a new company name—Catelli Brothers Family of Foods.

And yet, despite all these changes, our family values still guide us every step of the way.

Catelli Brothers Family of Foods is the U.S. Meat Division of Préval AG in Canada. Together with Montpak International, Préval AG’s Quebec-based Meat Division, we are part of the largest integrated veal and lamb company in North America.

This seamless integration ensures superior meat quality, increases efficiency, boosts agility and dramatically improves our ability to anticipate demand.

Direct Global Sourcing: Flexibility Where It Matters

Endeavour Meats—our dedicated international supplier for Beef, Wagyu and Lamb— sources meats directly from producers, enabling us to fill highly customized orders, offer competitive pricing, expand sourcing options and provide unique products.
