Ingredients


  • 10 ounces Australian ribeye steak
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 ear of corn, roasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation


  1. Pat steak dry and season liberally with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat avocado oil in large skillet (cast iron) until hot.
  3. Add steak and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer, to your desired temperature.
  4. Remove from pan and let rest.
  5. While steak is resting add tomatoes and roasted corn to skillet with pan juices and saute until cooked through.
