An Informative 2026 Annual Meat Conference

Catelli Brothers Family of Foods recently exhibited at the 2026 Annual Meat Conference held just outside of Washington, DC. Along with our Canadian partners from Montpak International and our dedicated Australian colleagues from Endeavour Meats, Catelli Brothers team members spent the conference showcasing our wide range of retail products, connecting with customers and learning about the latest meat innovations and trends.

At the booth, the cases were filled with Catelli Brothers’ full range of retail products including Veal, Lamb, Beef and Value-Added Pork, Chicken, and Turkey. In particular, the team focused on promoting our wide variety of beef offerings including Grass-Fed, Organic Grass-Fed, 100% Wagyu and Regenerative. Chef Dane Hultgren prepared samples of Australian Lamb Rack and 100-Day Grain-Fed Beef Ribeye for visitors to the booth to enjoy.

Our team got the opportunity to see Keynote Speaker Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy Jr. discuss the impact of food on health and the importance of protein in our diets. They also attended the Power of Meat presentation to learn about the latest consumer insights that will shape marketing and product development over the next year.
