Ingredients
- 2 pounds Meatball & Meatloaf Mix
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 jumbo eggs
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- Ketchup
Preparation
- Preheat over to 350°F.
- Combine everything except ketchup, mixing well.
- Place in baking dish or meatloaf pan and distribute evenly. Spread ketchup in a layer on top (optional).
- Bake uncovered for 90 minutes. Check for doneness. Bake 10-15 minutes longer if necessary.
