Every Catelli Brothers employee shares a responsibility that our products are safety assured and that starts with food safety training. All staff receive continuous training throughout their employment. Our facilities in the U.S. and Canada have both earned SQF certification, recognized worldwide by retailers and food service providers who require rigorous, credible food safety management systems. Clean and safe meat processing is achieved at our state-of-the-art facilities that enable us to meet or exceed the USDA food safety program as well as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) requirements.
