Catelli Brothers Acquires Strauss Brands Veal & Lamb Business

Catelli Brothers Family of Foods, the U.S. Meat Division of Canadian-based Préval AG, has reached an agreement to acquire the veal and lamb business of Strauss Brands. Catelli Brothers will shift production of Strauss veal and lamb to its facilities in Collingswood, NJ, and Sutton, MA. With similar values, Strauss and Catelli Brothers are two of the oldest veal and lamb brands in the U.S.
