Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award Presented to Catelli Brothers by Meat Institute

Catelli Brothers Family of Foods was honored by the Meat Institute with the 2023 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award in the Small Packer/Processor category, it was announced today by President & CEO Anthony Catelli. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards were developed to recognize those companies that are committed to promoting and implementing a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy within their organizations.

To earn the prestigious award, Catelli Brothers submitted supporting documentation and data about the company’s projects and implemented programs. Awards were presented by the Meat Institute in five categories: Supplier, Extra Large Packer/Processor, Large Packer/Processor, Medium Packer/Processor and Small Packer/Processor.

The Meat Institute is a dynamic and member driven, consumer focused trade association formed in 2015 from the merger of the American Meat Institute and the North American Meat Association. The Meat Institute supports the businesses processing meat and poultry, and their supplier partners, that sustainably nourish families around the world. It is the largest trade association representing processors of lamb, veal, beef, pork and poultry.
