Catelli Brothers Launches Organic Beef Program This summer Catelli Brothers Family of Foods launched case-ready, organic, grass-fed beef steaks and grinds at select retailers. The organic grass-fed program includes portioned ribeye, New York strip, tenderloin and top sirloin medallion steaks in addition to one pound bricks of 90/10 and 80/20 ground beef.  

Catelli Brothers has been prioritizing the expansion of their beef offerings to meet the increasing shopper demand for organic and grass-fed products. Through vested procurement partnerships, Catelli Brothers can to source high-quality, organic, grass-fed beef for fabrication in their Sutton, MA plant. 

The packaged steaks and grinds have attractive labeling and an eye-catching green organic film that draws shoppers to the meat case. “We are pleased with the consistency and flavor of these new products,” said Catelli Brothers President and CEO Anthony Catelli. “They are excellent additions to our growing retail beef program and continue the Catelli Brothers tradition of quality meats,” he added. 

The company is planning to expand the organic, grass-fed beef program to additional retailers in the coming months.
