Ingredients


  • 4 veal cutlets, 4 oz. each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • Salt, pepper and parsley
  • Blend of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses

Preparation


  1. Lightly coat the veal cutlets in flour, then dip each cutlet in egg that has been beaten with a little milk. Then coat with bread crumbs on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over high heat. Cook the veal cutlets over high heat for 30 seconds on each side until golden brown.
  3. Place the veal in a baking pan and top with the marinara sauce. Season to taste.
  4. Cover the cutlets with a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Broil in oven, on top rack, until cheese is melted.
