Mama Catelli’s Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 pounds Meatball & Meatloaf Mix

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

2 jumbo eggs

1 teaspoon pepper

1 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs

3/4 cup milk

1 small onion, chopped

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Ketchup

 

Preparation

1. Preheat over to 350°F.

2. Combine everything except ketchup, mixing well.

3. Place in baking dish or meatloaf pan and distribute evenly. Spread ketchup in a layer on top (optional).

4. Bake uncovered for 90 minutes. Check for doneness. Bake 10-15 minutes longer if necessary.
