Catelli Family of Foods is the United States Meat Division of Preval AG, an international food organization headquartered in Quebec, Canada. Catelli Family of Foods is a state-of-the-art meat processing facility and distributor of Lamb, Veal and Other Specialty Meat Products Located in Collingswood, NJ and Sutton, MA.
The Production Manager must efficiently work in a challenging fast paced environment with excellence. Demonstrating the ability to support the operations staff and ensure compliance. Must have the ability to ensure all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards are being met to guarantee a quality product. This position will report to the Plant Manager.

Responsible for all further processed operation which include production, scheduling and to ensure compliance with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for proper yield/trim and making sure that packing specifications are being met to Catelli standards.
Coordination of staffing issues to ensure maximum productivity.
Reviewing all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards and procedures to guarantee product wholesomeness.
Review all positions in the processing area and implement all training procedures in all positions to maximize ergonomic rotation and to ensure proper coverage in key areas.
Must make sure that any maintenance and sanitation issues are addressed in a timely fashion.
Ability to build a solid team of employees while keeping team spirit and moral up with open communication.
Review all evaluations and hiring needs in the processing area.
Ability to work with all levels of management and the sales team to ensure the quality of our product.
Must be able to work in a multicultural plant.
Perform other task and projects as directed.

High school diploma or GED required
Basic Reading, Writing and Math skills.
Minimum 3 yrs experience in food production
Minimum 4-5 yrs experience in Management
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Job requires workers to lift up to 60 lbs. must be able to: step, climb, balance, squat, kneel, bend and reach above shoulders as needed.
