At Catelli Brothers safety always comes first. The Catelli Brothers team has earned Level 3 certification by the Safe Quality Food Institute’s Program (SQF Code), one of the foremost recognized standards for the production of safe, quality food.
The mission of SQF is to “deliver consistent, globally recognized food safety and quality certifications programs based on sound scientific principles, consistently applied across all industry sectors, and valued by all stakeholders.” SQF certification is recognized worldwide by retailers and food service providers who require rigorous, credible food safety management systems.
Catelli Brothers also has earned the Silliker Food Safety Recognition Award. Silliker, through its international network of ISO 17025 accredited laboratories, ensures that the rigid industry standards are observed by major food companies worldwide.
In addition, the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) has recognized our on-the-job safety programs with its coveted Workers’ Safety Recognition Award.
