For the Fontelli Food Group, and our livestock partners, providing quality care for our animals through every stage of life and ensuring humane production standards are core responsibilities.
We are able to trace the source of all livestock in each group and track the lot numbers of all feed and any related products in our calf production system. These practices make Delimax Veal products among the safest on the market.
Our American lamb comes from a few selected feedlot operations in the Western U.S. Lambs are fed according to Catelli Brothers’ exacting specifications so all our products are of the highest consistency and quality. The lamb that we import all comes from our own farms in Quebec, Canada and from a specially selected network of certified ranchers in Australia and New Zealand.
