Clean and safe meat processing is achieved at our state-of-the-art facilities that enable us to meet or exceed the USDA food safety program as well as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) requirements. It all starts with food safety training. All staff receives continuous training throughout their employment.

All production is monitored throughout our integrated supply chain. We follow livestock movements from farm of origin to final destination, including 24/7 third party remote video surveillance and auditing of handling and processing procedures, developed in coorperation with Dr. Temple Grandin, world-recognized humane animal handling authority.
